To restart your computer, click the Start button, then select &#8220;Shut Down&#8221; or &#8220;Restart.&#8221;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Check for Malware<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Malware, such as viruses and spyware, can cause your computer to run slowly. To check for malware, you can use a reputable antivirus program and run a full scan of your system.
