The goal with Sleep Settings is to allow you to force a device to remain awake to keep a live connection. When devices enter sleep mode they lose network connection and thus, connection to our cloud console. If you need a device to remain online for a period of time or for the ability to access it remotely later, you can disable sleep on that device. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/techtalk.pcpitstop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/SleepSetting.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60365\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Disable Sleep Setting &#8211; Override the current Windows sleep settings to keep the device awake and connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enable Sleep Setting &#8211; Use the current Windows sleep settings. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The PC Matic Development team has made another addition to the Action feature set to improve device control.
