Updates are available for the following models:<\/p>\n<p>DI-524<br \/>\nDI-524UP<br \/>\nDIR-100<br \/>\nDIR-120<br \/>\nDI-604UP<br \/>\nDI-604+<br \/>\nDI-624S<br \/>\nTM-G5240<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<a href=\"http:\/\/krebsonsecurity.com\/2013\/12\/important-security-update-for-d-link-routers\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/krebsonsecurity.com\/2013\/12\/important-security-update-for-d-link-routers\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>OCTOBER 2013:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A backdoor found in firmware used in several D-Link routers could allow an attacker to change a device&#8217;s settings, a serious security problem that could be used for surveillance.<\/p>\n<p>Craig Heffner, a vulnerability researcher with Tactical Network Solutions who specializes in wireless and embedded systems, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.devttys0.com\/2013\/10\/reverse-engineering-a-d-link-backdoor\/\" target=\"_blank\">found the vulnerability<\/a>.
