I have yet to hear of an employee who quit their job because IT would not let them have an app of their Angry Birds.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s get real about the workplace: companies set policies, not the inmates. Enterprises cannot fear generations of `digital natives&#8217; who grew up with smart phones and free apps.
