If you are one of these people, there\u2019s still a way to make your laptop a Wi-Fi hotspot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>http:\/\/mintywhite.com\/windows-7\/set-windows-7-wifi-hotspot-quick-tip\/<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Create a hotspot with \u201cVirtual Router Plus\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Here\u2019s what you\u2019ve got to do, based on our trials from sources:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/virtualwifihotspot.codeplex.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Download Virtual Router Plus<\/a>. This is a free, open-source program that you can download onto your computer<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> There\u2019s an option on the site to download the program.
