If you\u2019d like quick access, there\u2019s also a script you can use to access the SAPI via Visual Basic (see below)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Press Start, type speech and click change text to speech settings<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Type what you want said in the preview pane and click Preview Voice<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Optional: Change the voice (options vary by operating
