How to Reset a Windows Password<\/h3>\n

If you want access to your Windows account (and not just access to your files<\/a>), you can reset your password quite easily. Learn, in this guide, how to burn a password reset disc and how to boot from it and reset your Windows account password.<\/p>\n

Warning:<\/strong> Do not reset your password if you\u2019ve used Windows to encrypt your files. Instead, attempt to crack your Windows password<\/a> to regain access to these files.<\/em><\/p>\n

Burn the Windows Password Reset Disc<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first step is to download and burn the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Download the disc here<\/a> (scroll down to \u201cDownload\u201d and download the latest CD release)*<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Extract the zip file and burn the ISO file to a disc (how to burn an ISO to disc<\/a>)<\/p>\n

*You can use the USB version if you would prefer<\/em><\/p>\n
