In other words, consumers today are experiencing performance more closely aligned with what is advertised than they experienced one year ago.&#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fcc.gov\/measuring-broadband-america\/2012\/july#Findings\" target=\"_blank\">Measuring Broadband America &#8211; July 2012<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b><a
