This dialog box is the same as those used in many other Windows programs. One of the neat features you can do, however, is to control how the files are sorted in the dialog box. To accomplish this, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p> <strong>1.<\/strong>If you are using Excel 2007, click the Office button and then click Open. If you are using Excel 2010, click the File tab of the ribbon and then click Open. In either case, Excel displays the Open dialog box.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>2.<\/strong>Click on the down-arrow at the right side of the View tool on the toolbar in the Open dialog box.
