Waiting too long will mean no recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcpitstop.com\/store\/get.asp?prd=pcmatic&#038;aff=0002\">Free PC PMatic Scan<\/a> to detect these threats along with many other performance robbing problems.  This week PC Matic was one of only two programs able to identify and remove trojans from a neighbors laptop. I currently use 4 applications to search for and remove viruses and trojans from infected machines. If you want a paid program I highly recommend PC Matic but if you are looking for free removal tools and proceedures  When it&#8217;s all said and done the steps below are a must to be free of these system clogging pests.<\/p>\n<div \nstyle=\"background-color:#dddddd;*margin:5px*\"> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>1. Boot into SafeMode With Networking<\/strong> by tapping the F8 or F5 key during the boot process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Turn Off System Restore:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/310405\"target=\"_blank\">XP<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/windows.microsoft.com\/en-US\/windows-vista\/Turn-System-Restore-on-or-off\"target=\"_blank\">Vista<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sevenforums.com\/tutorials\/330-system-protection-turn-off.html\"target=\"_blank\">Windows 7<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Download and install<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.download.com\/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware\/3000-8022_4-10804572.html\"target=\"_blank\">Malwarebytes<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/download.cnet.com\/Avast-Home-Edition-Free-Antivirus\/3000-2239_4-10019223.html\"target=\"_blank\">Avast<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/downloads\/details.aspx?FamilyId=AD724AE0-E72D-4F54-9AB3-75B8EB148356&#038;displaylang=en\"target=\"_blank\">MS Removal Tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>4. Run all <\/strong>three free programs while in SafeMode With Networking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Reboot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6.
