Spring cleaning is a necessary evil around our house given that both myself and the CFO (my wife) are hoarders. More so this year.
With the cost of large screen TV’s on the slide it was just too tempting to buy a massive LED TV. I didn’t get rid of the old CRT since it still works, it’s sitting in the garage. This year I also decided to retire my 20 year old lawn mower and it’s now sitting in the garage next to my new shiny one. Also in the garage are my new set of golf clubs, right along my old set that I’ve kept for my son.
Recently my wife stepped into the garage, or tried to, and pronounced the garage ‘beyond capacity’ and decreed that I needed to do something about it.
If I was the average enterprise IT department the logical solution would be to build another garage.
