In Wounded Prophet , a biography of Henri Nouwen, the author quotes a friend of the late Catholic Priest and prolific writer on spiritual matters who said, “I don’t believe that Henri ever had an unpublished thought.” When I look at the multitude of tweets and Facebook postings today I have the same feeling about thousands of my fellow human beings. Is there anything some people won’t say about themselves? For some people their every move is not only posted but frequently accompanied by a map showing exactly where they are. What they are eating. What they are thinking. Everything gets published.
