Step 1: Sign Up
Go to the site: facebook.com and register for a free account. After completing the registration, be on the lookout for an email confirmation that your account has gone live.
Step 2: Get Started
Click on the link in your confirmation e-mail. From there you will be taken to Facebook’s Getting Started Page where you can begin adding friends.
There are a number of different ways to identify friends on Facebook.
During the initial setup process, you will be asked a series of questions (hometown, highschool, college, place of employment) that will help to identify potential friends on Facebook that share similar backgrounds.
3. Connect with PC Pitstop
You can easily connect with PC Pitstop on Facebook – one of two ways.
A. Visit the PC Pitstop page on Facebook. Click on the Like This button at the top of that page. PC Pitstop will now be added to the news feed on your Facebook home page.
B. Look for the Facebook widget at the bottom right side of techtalk.pcpitstop.com. If you are logged on to your Facebook account, you will see an option to ‘Like’ PC Pitstop at the top of the widget. This will have the same effect of adding the PC Pitstop news feed to your Facebook home page.
