First off, if you are reading this letter, I want to thank you. Thank you from each and every person working at PC Pitstop. The first quarter of 2009 was probably one of the dreariest quarters in American corporate history. It was certainly depressing reading the news each day. Well, here’s some good news. PC Pitstop had a record quarter in both sales and profits. Again, thank you. We could not have done this without so many people believing in what we are trying to achieve. In these difficult economic times, we believe that more people are trying to get their old PC’s running right rather than plunking down for a new computer. Either way. Thank you.
But here’s some more great news from PC Pitstop. Optimize is the #1 PC performance enhancement product in the United States. I can’t say this officially but we have seen the sales statistics of our competition and we know our sales levels. Based on this, in 2008, we sold more than #2 and #3 combined. So again, I want to thank you, each and every one of you.
How did we get here? There is no secret sauce really. We have a great product and great customer service. I have done a gazillion competitive analyses and I am confident in saying that no other product does as much to keep your computer running right. Many products do one thing, but ours does the following things.

Customer Service – We back up the best product with the best customer service. We have a sincere desire to have a great experience with our products as well as with our company. Believe me, all of those comments are forwarded on to me as well!
