  • Where is my License Key?  Your license key can be found on the back of the product packaging. (See Photo) If your license key is missing or you are unable to read it, please contact our support team at the bottom of the page for assistance getting the correct license key.
  • The USB doesn’t appear on my computer, what do I do now?  Don’t worry! If the USB doesn’t appear on your computer you can also download the same setup file from the following link: HERE. Right click the link and choose ‘Save As’. Make sure you save it in a location you remember like your Desktop. Navigate to the location you saved the setup file and click it one time and press enter on your keyboard. You can now return to the section of the video on installation and setup.
  • How do I install PC Matic on another computer?  Getting PC Matic on additional computers is even easier than your first computer! Just repeat the process from the video above, but start by putting the USB drive into the next computer you want to install on. Now when PC Matic opens to the account setup screen, choose that you already have an account and want to Log In. Log in with the same email and password you set up originally, and you’re off and running!
  • How do I install on my Smart Phone?  PC Matic can be installed on Android devices 4.0.3 and up. Visit the Google Play store on your Android device and search for “PC Matic for Android”. Download and install the application and then log in with your email and password used during your initial setup on your computer.
  • I’m not satisfied, how do I return the product?  To return the product please use the return label that was provided with your shipment.
